"The Customer acknowledges that registration, ownership, administration and control of the Parent Domain remain exclusively with the Provider. The Customer receives only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the assigned Subdomain during the applicable Subscription Term. No ownership, proprietary interest, trademark right, goodwill or other intellectual-property right in the Parent Domain or Subdomain is transferred to the Customer."
This Domain & Subdomain Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs the legal relationship between iosc dot net (internet online solutions centre, "Provider", "we", "us") and the client ("Customer", "Licensee", "you"). By reserving, paying for, or using any parent domain name or assigned subdomain name provided by the Provider, you explicitly agree to be bound by this Agreement, MYNIC Berhad's Registrant Agreement, and the laws of Malaysia.
2.1. The Provider (iosc dot net) is and shall remain the sole legal registrant, administrative holder, and owner of all Parent Domains (including but not limited to dreamhome.com.my, wedo.my, ibill.my, milik.my, town.com.my, techsolar.my, and others listed in the Provider portfolio).
2.2. Under no circumstances may the Customer request a registrar transfer (EPP Auth Code), update WHOIS registrant details to third parties, or assert any claim of proprietary ownership over the Parent Domain.
3.1. The Customer is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable annual licence to configure DNS routing (A, CNAME, MX records) for an assigned subdomain (e.g., ipoh.dreamhome.com.my).
3.2. Upon expiration, cancellation, or termination of this Agreement, the assigned subdomain immediately reverts to the Provider. The Customer shall have no right to compensation, goodwill payout, or trademark claim over the subdomain or parent domain keyword.
4.1. Subscription fees are payable annually in advance in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
4.2. Failure to pay annual renewal fees prior to the expiry date will result in immediate DNS suspension. If unpaid within 14 days following expiry, the Customer's subdomain licence is automatically terminated, DNS zone records are purged, and the subdomain name may be reassigned or deleted at Provider's sole discretion.
5.1. The Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend any subdomain without prior notice if the Customer engages in unlawful, fraudulent, phishing, malware distribution, defamatory, copyright/trademark infringing, spam, or abusive activity under Malaysian law (including the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998).
6.1. The Customer agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider, its officers, employees, and infrastructure partners against any third-party claims, liabilities, legal fees, or damages arising out of the Customer's content, website operations, or use of the subdomain.
6.2. The Provider's aggregate liability under any circumstances shall be limited strictly to the annual subscription fee paid by the Customer for the preceding 12-month period.
7.1. This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of Malaysia. Any legal dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This Acceptable Use Policy defines the mandatory standards of conduct for all subdomains and domain routing hosted via iosc dot net (internet online solutions centre).
The Provider (iosc dot net) actively monitors network abuse reports. Violations result in immediate DNS blacklisting, subdomain cancellation without refund, and cooperation with Malaysian law enforcement authorities (PDRM & MCMC).
iosc dot net (internet online solutions centre) is committed to safeguarding your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
We collect registrant names, identity card/passport numbers, company registration details (SSM), email addresses, phone numbers, and payment verification records for the sole purposes of contract execution, billing, identity verification, and regulatory reporting required by MYNIC Berhad.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on secure cloud servers. We do not sell or trade customer personal data to third parties.

4.1. Global Anycast DNS: Provider supplies global DNS Anycast routing via ns1.iosc.net and ns2.iosc.net aiming for 99.99% uptime performance.
4.2. No Web Hosting Guarantee: Unless explicitly purchased, domain licensing includes DNS record delegation only. The Provider does not host website files or databases, and is not responsible for Customer web server outages.
4.3. Client Backup Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for keeping backup copies of their DNS zone configurations, web files, and database assets.
5.1. Minimum Price & Term: All domain lease subscriptions carry a minimum price of RM250 per year with a minimum leasing commitment of 1 year, billed annually in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
5.2. 100% Buyout Credit Accrual: 100% of net annual lease payments accumulated during an active, uninterrupted subscription term are credited toward optional domain buyout purchase prices, subject to Provider approval.
5.3. Refund Policy: Domain lease reservations and subscription fees are non-refundable once DNS delegation has been provisioned.
